PHASE 1 - Complete .
We have completed the dirt pad, a footing, a concrete foundation with plumbing and metal building with a steeple.
PHASE 2 - $149,500 - Complete.
During this phase, we will "dry-in" the metal building. All exterior doors and windows will be installed. In addition, all exterior walls and ceiling will be insulated.
PHASE 3 - $149,500 - In Progress
In this phase, all interior walls will be framed. This includes the sanctuary, offices, classrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen.
PHASE 4 - $149,500
In phase four, all electrical wiring will be installed. Plumbing will be roughed-in and HVAC systems will be installed.
PHASE 5 - $149,500
In this phase, sheetrock will cover all interior framed walls. Tape-and-texture walls will be trimmed, painted, and all interior doors will be installed.
PHASE 6 - $149,500
All interior finish work will be completed in this phase. This will include electrical (switches, lights, outlets, etc.), plumbing (sinks, toilets, etc.), and HVAC (vents, condensers). Sanctuary stage and seating will be completed in this phase as well.
These phases represent not just the progression of construction, but a journey of faith, dedication, and the collective efforts of our church family. As we press forward, let us carry a spirit of unity and generosity that demonstrates our vision and enduring faith to our community.
